Are your quotes free?+
Yes. Every quote is free and carried out in person by Scott, who will look at the space and talk you through what will work.
How does planning my new bathroom work?+
Scott visits, discusses the layout with you and advises what will work with the space. Once your quote is accepted, options are sent over for you to choose from. Depending on your selections, a home visit with samples follows, for example flooring options or aqua panels.
Is the price fixed?+
Bathroom installations are quoted at a fixed price. If any unforeseen work comes up, we discuss it with you before going ahead; no surprises on the final invoice.
Do you supply the bathroom suite and tiles?+
We can supply your bathroom suite, or you're welcome to supply your own. Tiles are sourced by the customer.
How much do smaller plumbing jobs cost?+
Smaller plumbing jobs are charged at £80 per hour plus VAT and parts.
What guarantee do I get?+
All of our work comes with a 2-year workmanship guarantee. Manufacturer warranties on bathroom products vary by item; if a product fails under warranty we'll organise the replacement, with labour to fit it charged.
How can I pay?+
Card (credit or debit), bank transfer or cash.
